Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- 10 oz package plain couscous
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Bring chicken broth and butter to a boil. Stir in couscous; cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fluff with a fork.
