Ingredients

  • 5 cups rhubarb
  • 1 cup water
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 2 pkgs raspberry jello
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • optional combinations
  • apple pie filling and mixed fruit jello
  • cherry pie filling and strawberry-banana jello
  • raspberry filling and black-cherry jello

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Rhubarb in water until tender. Add sugar to rhubarb and cook a few more minutes, sirring constantly.

Add pie filling and cook 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and add jello and stir until dissolved. Pour into jars or butter tubs.
