Ingredients
- Tiny new potatoes, cut as needed to equalize sizes (or small red potatoes, cut into small chunks)
- Butter
- Milk
- Wondra flour or cornstarch
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes in salted water (to cover) and butter until almost tender. Pour out half of water. Add same amount of milk as remaining water, more butter, and pepper. Taste and salt as needed. Make paste of milk and Wondra flour (or cornstarch). Add to potatoes and cook until thickened.
