16-ounce can of pumpkin
15-ounce can of evaporated milk
box yellow cake mix
sticks butter or margarine (melted)
cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Combine eggs, pumpkin, and evaporated milk in a bowl; mix well. Add sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and salt; mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over top. Drizzle with melted margarine. Sprinkle walnuts over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!
