Onion Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons of softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon of mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 (2 7/8 oz.) can of French's Original French Fried Onions- crushed
  • 6 boneless chicken breast

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, sauce, mustard and pepper. Coat the chicken with butter mixture. Put crushed onions in a shallow pan. Put the chicken breast one at a time with the crushed onions. Lay them in a single layer in a 9 X 13 pan. Pour any remaining onions and butter mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees
