Ingredients
- 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate - chopped
- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 1 (198 g) jar marshmallow creme
- 2 c. semi-sweet chcolate chips
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 3 c. rice krispie cereal
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350F
Mixcrowave chopped chocolate squares and butter in large bowl on high for 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stire in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour. Spread into 13 x 9 pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean (DO NOT OVERBAKE). Cool completely. Then spread marshamllow ceam over the base.
Microwave chocolate chips and peanut butter in large bowl on MEDIUM for 2 minutes; stirring after each minute until well blended. Stir in cereal then spread over marshmallow creme layer.
Refrigerate 2 hours befor cutting into bars.
Run kknife around edges of pan to loosen dessert. Remove from pan and cut into bars.
