Ingredients
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 c broccoli flourettes
- 1 c scallions (green end)
- 1 c sliced mushrooms
- 1 c light cream
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 c chicken broth
- 3 oz shredded swiss
- 1 can crab meat

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter
2. Saute broccoli, mushroom, & scallions
3. Add flour, thyme, & pepper
4. Add broth & cream
5. Stir until thick & bubbly
6. Add crab meat & cheese
