Ingredients
- 6 large Texas pink grapefruit, halved
- 1 Clip light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler. With sharp knife, loosen membranes around each grapefruit section. Arrange grapefruit, cut side up, in flame proof baking pan. Combine sugar And vanilla; sprinkle over grapefruit. Broil about 1 1/2" from heat until sugar melts and
tops begin to brown, 10-15 minutes. Pan may need to be rotated to get even caramelize.
