Ingredients
- 1 pint coffee or vanilla ice cream, softened in microwave on defrost for 30 seconds
- 2 cups Corn Flakes or Cinnamon toast crunch
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Optional: honey or chocolate for drizzling; whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
Crush cereal in a re-sealable plastic bag. If used corn flakes, add cinnamon and mix well.
Scoop out ice cream into small balls. Roll into cereal mixture. Place into large pan and freeze.
OR–just top ice cream with cereal mixture when ready to eat.
Great topped with honey, hot fudge, or whipped cream.
