Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/4 of a red pepper chopped
- 1/2 c oil olive
- 1/2 c butterr
- 1/4 teas dried basil
- 1/4 teas dried tarragon
- salt and pepper
- 3 oz sundried tomatoes
- 2 tabls freshed minced dillweed
- 1/4 c whipping cream
- 1/4 c sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Clean chicken and cut into thin slices
Saute green onions and red pepper in oil olive and butter
Remove vegetables with slotted spoon and then add chicken
Saute chicken until cooked; drain.
Stir in basil, tarragon, salt, pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, dillweed, and sauted vegetables
Cook until heated through
Add cream and sour cream
Serve over pasta or mashed potatoes
