Homemade Oreo Cookie Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 T water
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped oreos
  • 2 cups whipping cream, whipped (1 pint)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in milk, water and vanilla. Fold in cookies and whipped cream. Pour into aluminum foil lined 9x5 inch loaf pan or other 2 quart container. Cover and freeze at least 6 hours.
