Vanilla Carmel Sauce - for Bread Pudding

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 1 tablespoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

* Place all ingredients in a medium sauce pan
* Cook over medium high heat til it begins to thicken.
* It will thicken more upon cooling.
