Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 5 oz each)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pound to 1/4" thick.
2. Season with salt and pepper
3. Dip in Buttermilk.
4. Dredge in Flour
5. Saute chicken in oil over medium high heat until cooked through and golden, about 3 minutes per side.
