Green Salad With Italian Vinagrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasonings
  • salt and ground pepper
  • 1 head boston lettuce torn
  • 4 cups mesclun
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into half moons
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

1. In a bowl, blend oil, vinegar, garlic,parsley, oregano and italian seasonings. season with salt and pepper
