Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 onions cut in quarters
- 1 Qt milk
- 1 t whole cloves
- 1 t caraway seeds
- 1 t whole spice
- 1 t coriander
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 T accent
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 T paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 pounds cut up chicken

Preparation
Step 1
Combine and mix all ingredients except chicken. Put in saucepan, bring to boil. Remove from heat. Make cuts in chicken about 1 inch apart. Marinate in milk mixture at least 4hours or overnight. Grill, basting with marinade.
