Ingredients

  • 4

    cloves garlic

  • 2

    onions cut in quarters

  • 1

    Qt milk

  • 1

    t whole cloves

  • 1

    t caraway seeds

  • 1

    t whole spice

  • 1

    t coriander

  • 1

    T chili powder

  • 1

    T accent

  • 4

    bay leaves

  • 2

    T paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 4

    pounds cut up chicken

Directions

Combine and mix all ingredients except chicken. Put in saucepan, bring to boil. Remove from heat. Make cuts in chicken about 1 inch apart. Marinate in milk mixture at least 4hours or overnight. Grill, basting with marinade.
