aDressing: Lemon Vinaigrertte (Robyn's recipe)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white basalmic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tea. salt
  • 1 tea. pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 1 tea. honey
  • Add ins: 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped herbs (chives, parsley, tarragon, oregano, thyme)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except oil. Beat in oil with whisk until emulsified.
