Scallop Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 # scallops
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 pt heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and mix with crumbs.

Grease casserole dish.

Layer alternately scallops and crumbs, ending with crumbs.

Pour heavy cream over above.

Bake at 325 for 45 minutes
