Easy and tasty appetizer! Baked pastry cups filled with Rotel, bacon bits, shredded Swiss cheese and a lil mayo. Delicious!
- 2 packages filo pastry cups, thawed
- 1 can rotel, drained (almost all the way)
- 1 bag Hormel bacon bits
- 1 cup Swiss, shredded
- 1 cup mayo
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 20mins
Stir all ingredients and scoop evenly into cups. Cook at 350°F for 15 min.
