Summer Spaghetti Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 oz whole wheat spaghetti noodles
  • 1 bottle fat-free zesty Italian dressing (small bottle)
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 pkg Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 pkg fat-free shredded cheddar cheese, mild
  • 6 oz. grilled chicken (optional)
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • 1 can(s) chopped black olives (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook, drain and rinse the spaghetti with cold water. Add remaining ingredients. If desired, add the grilled chicken. Cover and put in fridge overnight.


NOTE: Using black olives will raise the PointsPlus value.
