Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 Tbsp butter, divided
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Melt 1 1/2 Tbsp butter in skillet. Saute chicken slowly until browned on the outside. Place chicken in baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until done. While chicken bakes, pour wine in skillet to deglaze, scraping bits off bottom. Cook until thickened a bit. Stir in cream and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in remaining 2 1/2 Tbsp butter and rosemary.
Placed cooked chicken breast on plate. Top with sauce. Garnish with whole rosemary sprig.
Serve with rice or risotto.
