Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups muffin mix
- 1 cup fresh or frozsen blueberries
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

Step 1
Place muffin mix in a large bowl. Whisk in wet ingredients until just moistened. Fold in blueberries.
Fill paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 400* for 18-21 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cook for 5 inutes before removing to a wire rack. Serve warm.
