DULCE DE LECHE BARS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cut up
  • 1 bag (10 oz) marshmallows
  • 6 cups Dulce de Leche (or original) cheerios
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 bag (11 oz) butterscotch morsels

Preparation

Step 1

1. Coat a 15x10x1 inch or 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray.
2. Melt butter in a large pot over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows and cook until melted and smooth, about 5 min.
3. Remove pot from heat and stir in cheerios and raisins. Let stand 2 min.
4. Fold in butterscotch morsels until well distributed. With greased hands, gently press mixture into prepared dish.
5. Let stand at room temperature until cool.
