Cabbage and Carrot

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped cabbage
  • 3 cups chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2-3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • Coarse bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Put cabbage and carrots in pan. Add water and cook for 15 min. Drain and make white sauce. Pour over cabbage, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for 20 min at 375° F
