Ingredients
- 1 cuke
- 2 T water
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- .5 to 1 ts salt
- .5 ts sugar
- 1/8 ts pepper
- 2-3 T olive oil
- 1 T chopped chives, red onion or shallots
- Paprika

Step 1
Peel cuke and slice thin into bowl. Mix everything together and chill for one hour. Add more seasoning and paprika as garnish. Enjoy.
