Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground chuck
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can (16oz) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 cans (16oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (10oz) Rotel, undrained
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 can (16oz) Bush's chili hot beans

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat with onion and garlic. Drain grease. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, Rotel, and seasonings. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 1 hour. Add beans and heat through.
