Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans
- 2 cans dark red kidney beans
- 2 cans butter beans
- 1 c celery
- 1 medium pepper
- 1 lg red onion
- 3/4 c apple cider vindgar
- 3/4 c olive oil
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c fresh basil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. rinse & drain beans
2. boil vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic, salt, & pepper
3. pour over beans & cool
