Ingredients
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 small can diced pineapple, drained (or 2 cups fresh)
- 1 red or orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- Cilantro (optional)
