Peanut Butter White Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 oz.) white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

1.Line 8-inch or 9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, then spray with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
2.Microwave white chocolate with Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter in 2-quart microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 1 minute or until melted; stir until smooth. Stir in walnuts. Spread into prepared pan.
3.Chill 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares and drizzle, if desired, with melted chocolate.
