oranges
lemons
rosemary oregano
onion
garlic

Franks Hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Season hens inside and out with cajun spice. Stuff insise with orange, lemon, onion quarter, rosemary sprig and oregano sprig. Make baste with at least 1 stick butter, juice from 1 orange, juice from 1 lemon, chopped rosemary,oregano and Franks hot sauce.
