Fay's Turkey Dressing

Ingredients

• In deep pot, saute:
• 1/3 C butter
• 1/4 - 1/2 C chopped onion
• 1/4 - 1/2 C chopped celery
• 1 T minced parsley
• 1/8 t pepper
• 1/2 t poultry seasoning
• Add:
• 4 C dried bread, cubed (2 slices = 1 C)
• 1 - 2 oz. chicken broth

Step 1

Add broth slowly. Use only as much as is needed to wet.

Bake at 325 for 3 - 3 1/2 hours
