Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 8 hamburger buns
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all of the ingredients except the hamburger buns in a large bowl and mix with your hands, avoiding over-mixing.
2. Divide and shape the mixture into 8 patties, slightly indented in the center. Grill or broil until done (with an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.).
3. Serve between hamburger buns with your favorite toppings.
