Ingredients
- Salad:
- 5 to 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup salted, roasted sunflower seeds
- 8 to 10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the broccoli from the stem into bite size pieces. Chop the red onion with the bacon, raisins and sunflower seeds. Toss all together and add the dressing mix. Let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.
