Greek Salad II

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head lettuce, torn bite size
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, cut bite size
  • 1 cucumber, cut bite size
  • 1/4 cup sliced green or red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 3/4 cup Feta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Layer letuce in large salad bowl or on large platter.
Spread with tomatoes, cucumber, onions, olives and cheese.

Beat next seven ingredients together well. Shake before serving. Serve with salad.
