Ingredients
- 2/3 cup fat-free or reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
- 4 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill or tarragon
- 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine mayonnaise, lemon peel, mustard, lemon juice, fresh dill or tarragon, orange juice concentrate, and pepper. Makes about 3/4 cup.
