Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke in water
- 1 chopped frozen spinach drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- mild cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Drain the artichoke and add the rest of the ingredients. sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top.
Bake 350 degree for 25 minutes.
