Ingredients
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. sifted flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs

Step 1
Bring oil and water to a boil. Add flour and salt all at once and stir vigorously until smooth and mixture comes away from the sides of the pan. Remove from heat and add eggs, ONE AT A TIME, beating until smooth after each add. Drop by spoonfuls 2" apart onto greased pan.
Makes 6 cream puffs.
Bake in hot oven 450 F for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 400 F and bake 25 minutes longer.
Cool. Slice off top of each cream puff and fill with whip cream. Put lid back on and sprinkle with icing sugar.
