Pancakes from Scratch

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 heaping Tbsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs, beat separately before adding to mixture
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the dry items first. Combine the eggs and melted butter to the milk and slowly stir in the flour. Let sit while heating the pan.
