  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1 recipe prepared gnocchi

In a large skillet, simmer the cream for 2 minutes. Add the gnocchi and Parmigiano-Reggiano and cook until the cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
