Fettuccine Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 4 1/2 oz. can mushrooms
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup julienne cut, cooked ham (Buddig works great)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Pkg. Fettuccine

Preparation

Step 1

Cook fettuccine. Set aside. In saucepan, saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Stir in cream cheese and milk over low heat , continue stirring until cheese melts. Add fettuccine & ham to cheese mixture, toss to coat. Cook over medium heat until heated thoroughly. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
