Ingredients
- 14 ounces shredded coconut
- 3 squares white chocolate chopped
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons of flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large egg whites
- 2 teaspoons of grated lemon, lime or orange peel
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 square semi sweet baking chocolate melted
Preparation
Step 1
Mix coconut, white chocolate, sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in egg whites, peeled and extracts until blended.
Drop by tablespoons on lightly greased and floured baking sheet.
Bake at 325° for 20 minutes until Golden Brown.
Cool.
Drizzle with melted semi sweet chocolate.
