Chocolate - Microwave Cupcakes from Mix

Ingredients

• 1 cup microwave mix
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Line 6 microwave-safe muffin pans with paper liners

2. Combined baking mix, eggs, mayonnaise, and milk and a bowl and spoon into muffin cups

3. Microwave a full power turning once for three minutes cupcakes will appear moist remove to wire rack and cool completely frost if desired
