Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Spray 9 inch round microwave-safe cake dish with cooking spray
2. Combine baking mix, eggs, mayonnaise and milk in a bowl
3. Pour into prepared pan microwave and 50% power for 7 minutes turning once, then turn again microwave at full power for 2 to 3 minutes until cake tester inserted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean
4. Remove to rack to cool completely
NOTE: For double layer cake make this recipe twice Stack and Frost
