Ingredients
- 1 beef flank steak, 1-2 lbs
- 1/3 . C Italian salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil

Step 1
Combine dressing, vinegar and garlic into cooking oil, making a marinade. Make several shallow cuts on both sides of the steak. Place meat in baking dish, brush steak with marinade, coating both sides. Cover pan with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove and pour off excess marinade, pre heat oven broiled. Place pan 3 inches from top heat in the oven. Cook 5-8 minutes each side for medium style. Cut into slices and serve.
