Ingredients
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4oz can chopped green chillies, well drained
- 4oz can chopped black olives, well drained
- 4oz jar chopped pimento
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Seasoned salt, to taste
- 5 10-inch flour tortillas
- Salsa
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sour cream, cream cheese, chilies, olives, pimento, cheddar, green onions, and seasonings. Divide filling and spread evenly over tortillas. Roll up tortillas tightly. Cover each tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for several hours. Unwrap each. Use electric knife to cut into 1/2" to 3/4" slices. Serve with salsa.
