Sour Cream Sauce - All Recipes

Ingredients

  • 2 TBS butter
  • 2 TBS all-purpose flour
  • 1 C water
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • S & P to taste
  • 8 oz Monteray Jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour, cook for 1 min.

Whisk in water and bouillon cube until water has thickened and bouillon cube dissolved. About 4 min.

Melt cheese in mixture. Stir until fully melted.

Whisk in sour cream and season to taste.
