Ingredients
- 4 c Almond milk
- 2 bananas
- 1/3 c almond butter
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
1. Pour 2 cups almond milk into ice cube trays. Peel 2 bananas and wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze at least 3 hours.
2. In blender, combine almond milk ice cubes, frozen bananas, 2 more cups almond milk, 1/3 cup almond butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Blend until ice is crushed and mixture is smooth.
