Leigh said you wanted the ambrosia recipe and I’d be happy to pass it on. It couldn’t be easier.

Ingredients
- 2 cans of crushed pineapple
- 2 boxes of instant pistachio pudding
- 2 containers (the smaller ones) of cool whip (don’t use low fat – for some reason it doesn’t work)
- 1 bag of colored marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Just mix the pineapple and the pudding together (don’t drain the pineapple), stir in the cool whip, then the marshmallows and chill. It’s my favorite 5 minute dessert.
