Tuna Oriental with Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tblsp. cornstarch or flour
  • Dash Pepper
  • 1-3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbls. soy sauce
  • 1 can (16 oz) mixed chinese vegetables (rinsed and drained)
  • 2 cans - tuna - drained

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice according to directions. Make a riu with floor and a little butter. Add chicken broth and pepper, cook until thick. Stir in vegetables, then tuna.
Serve over rice.
