- 5 eggs (or 1 1/4 cups egg substitute)
- 1 deep dish pie crust
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cups half and half
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sausage/ham/bacon/broccoli (or any other cooked item)
- 1 Tbsp flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine eggs, half & half, onion, other cooked topping in bowl. In separate bowl, combine cheese and flour. Add a small amount of water to help flour stick to cheese. Add flour/cheese mixture to other ingredients and gently stir. Pour in pie crust and bake for 45-60 minutes or until cooked all the way through and slightly brown on top.
